Placing an order
By placing an order on Revline RC you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorised to use the payment method supplied. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we suspect is fraudulent.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include shipping. We do our best to keep prices and stock accurate, but reserve the right to correct pricing errors or refund and cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable.
Product suitability
Our RC cars and mini construction vehicles are intended for recreational use by ages 8 and up. They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Adult supervision is recommended during charging.
Warranty
Beyond our 30-day damaged-or-faulty guarantee (see Returns), the products are covered by any statutory consumer guarantees applicable in your country. We don't provide an additional voluntary warranty.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Revline RC's liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
