DROPSHIPPING SETUP

Your storefront takes payment. A supplier app ships the car. This guide wires the two together so every order on rccarcentral.store auto-fulfills without you touching it.

ALIDROP (ALIEXPRESS) — CONNECTED

AliDrop is installed in your Shopify Admin and pulling from AliExpress. Finish the remaining steps below to start shipping real orders.

  1. 3.Import each of your 5 products from AliExpress. In AliDrop, search "KFPLAN KF13", "KFPLAN KF20", "WLtoys 144001", etc. → Import to Shopify, then Map to existing product so the SKUs link up.
  2. 4.Pick the right AE seller per SKU. Filter by 4.7★+, 1000+ orders, and ship-from CN warehouse. Prefer the "AliExpress Standard / Choice" shipping line.
  3. 5.Order a sample of the KF13 (your hero SKU) to your address — confirms the seller actually ships and you get real unboxing photos.
  4. 6.Set retail margins. AE cost + shipping × ~2.5 = sell price. Use AliDrop's pricing rule so it auto-applies.
  5. 7.Enable Auto Order in AliDrop Settings → Auto Order, top up your AliExpress balance, so paid Shopify orders fire to AE without a click.
  6. 8.Test with one real order from your own card. Verify the AE order appears in ~10 min and tracking syncs back to Shopify within 48 hrs.

HOW THE FLOW WILL WORK

  1. 1

    Customer pays on your site

    Shopify checkout takes the money (card / Apple Pay / Shop Pay) and lands it in your Shopify Payments balance.

  2. 2

    Order syncs to the supplier app

    The dropshipping app (CJ, Zendrop, etc.) sees the new Shopify order and auto-creates a fulfillment request to the factory in China.

  3. 3

    Supplier ships direct to customer

    Factory packs and ships from Yiwu/Shenzhen with no RC Car Central return address. Cost is debited from your supplier-app wallet.

  4. 4

    Tracking auto-pushed to Shopify

    Order moves from Unfulfilled → Fulfilled. Customer gets a shipping email with tracking — automatically.

STEP-BY-STEP SETUP

    Install the supplier app in Shopify Admin

    Open your Shopify admin, click Apps → Shopify App Store, search for the app you picked above, and click Add app. Approve the permissions.

    Create the supplier account

    Inside the app, register an account and top up your supplier wallet (usually USD $20–50 to start — covers the first 1–2 orders of product cost + shipping).

  3. 3

    Source each of your 5 products in the app

    For every car in your store (KF13, KF20, N517A, N517C, LDRC-1899): search the supplier catalog by name, model number, or paste an AliExpress URL. Match it to your existing Shopify product (the app's 'Map to existing product' button).

    Order one sample of each

    Non-negotiable. Verify quality, batteries, packaging, and shipping time before promoting the store. Budget ~$150 for samples.

  5. 5

    Set retail margins

    Typical RC dropship markup is 2.5–3× product cost. The supplier app usually has a pricing-rule setting to auto-mark-up. Make sure your retail price covers product + shipping + Shopify fee (2.9% + 30¢) + ~30% target margin.

    Enable auto-fulfill

    In the app's settings, turn on 'Auto-place orders' so new Shopify orders fire to the supplier immediately. This is the part that makes it truly hands-off.

  7. 7

    Test with a real order

    Place a $1 test order on your own storefront (use a 100%-off discount code), confirm it auto-syncs to the supplier app within ~10 minutes, then cancel.

WHY NOT CONNECT THE FACTORY DIRECTLY?

KFPLAN and HOSHI are Chinese factory brands (Guangdong) sold through wholesale channels like Banggood, Alibaba, and Makerfire. They do not publish a public API, EDI feed, or webhook system you can connect to. The only realistic path to automated fulfillment is a sourcing agent (the apps above), or a private agent on Alibaba once you're doing 100+ orders/month and can negotiate direct.
